 2011 has been another year rich in projects for PROJECT A LA CARTE !We started the year with a major web redesign project for which the client decided to work with an outside creative agency.As this is quite common now for website redesign projects, we decided to put together our own "Top Ten Checklist for a Website Redesign project" as we thought other clients might benefit from our insight. We make sure with our partner WebZWin that these best practices are included in all of our web redesign projects. Our focus for the second half of the year was on Siebel projects, with a technical upgrade and the deployment of Siebel modules internationally for use by the client's international offices. Both of these projects included an offshore-based team which increased the complexity of the project. Again, we had some very good Lessons learned and thought we could gather them for you as "Tips for a smooth Technical upgrade".
