• A two-fold software application was developed in-house, presenting for each travel agent in the territory both: 1) their sales figures broken down by the various channels and seasons of sales 2) the different types of contact (sales call, training, trade show, etc.) the sales manager has had with them. • Each District Sales Manager had to synchronize with the server: 1) every week to get the latest figures 2) at any time to share/receive information on their sales calls • Each level in the sales organization (VP of Sales, Director East Coast, Director West Coast, Inside Sales Dept, etc.) could access the application and get a consolidated view of their territory R E S U L T S
